Saturday started off bright and early. We headed off to Balmain markets, I was looking for an old straight edged butter knife for my my cake course, we found a few. It was a good market with lots of brick a brack, new things, food, and plants to to keep us looking for a few hours. We then headed down Darling Street with me telling the guys that it's not to far to walk I must have forgotten that it was quite a walk, especially in the hot sun. We went to Adriano Zumbo's patisserie. Mr P liked it to Willy Wonker's as the cakes are not what you think. We had a Macaroon that tasted like Green curry quite strange. We headed back to the markets for some lunch. Stopped in at Mum's and a skate park on the way home. What a great day we had.
I really really want to visit Mr Zumbo's patisserie!
