Moroccan Lamb Wraps

Wednesdays are my busy day, on top of that I'm helping out every afternoon in the school shed taking things in for the up and coming school fete. I'm also running the photography competition and the cake decorating competition, and on top of that I'm holding the cake stall. Then tonight after karate it is the  PNC meeting at school. So Wednesdays dinner have to be easy, I made a Moroccan lamb wrap for dinner and it is so tasty and easy.

I browned an onion in a frying pan then added lamb mince with Moroccan seasoning mixed through browned that all off in the frypan. I toasted the wraps then put hummus on them added the mince with a hand full of fresh parsley from the garden. They were so easy I hope you give them a go.

  3. I love delicious, quick week day meals. I can't wait to try this one. We usually make lamb burgers, but the Moroccan is a whole other flavor for us. Can't wait!
