Christmas Cross Stitch

I  have started my Christmas craft, each year I tend to sew a new Christmas cross stitch. I have a few of them now I will have to show them to you when the Christmas things come out. I found this cross stitch on another blog and loved the look of it, I haven't sewed on dark blue before and I find I can't do it at night as its not great on the eyes, but I'm liking how its looking.
Have you started any Christmas craft?

  3. I love the design and the fact it's blue and white is certainly a plus in my eyes! It's certainly going to be delightful when it's finished :o) I'm afraid I haven't done any cross stitch for many years now - I just don't seem to have the patience any more :o(
    Have a great week.

  6. Gosh, that is stunning! I love the white on the blue. I know what you mean about dark colours at night, I fine them hard to work with unless I have a light over my shoulder and even then it's hard going. Suzy x

  9. How beautiful, I do like the contrast between the white thread and the dark blue fabric. I'd love to see the other cross stitched projects you've made, I used to cross stitch a lot in my teen years having learnt it at school but not so much now.

  11. My eyes have gone to pot...so I rarely stitch anything these days! You are clever and so lovely to do one annually.

  12. I've tried stitching in the past, but it's for patient people. I'm not. I'm working on it though, because there are so many things that require the kind of patient that I don't have , and I absolutely want to lear them. Like stitching or knotting complicated patterns. One day, one day.

  15. How lovely and dramatic. I love cross stitching too and have some cherished pieces including our Christmas stockings, Christmas stockings and a cow scene.
