Chocolate Brownies

These are the easiest Chocolate Brownies I make, and they taste really good, easy to pack for school lunch boxes and you can adapt them by adding what you have in the pantry.

As you can see I have written about them before here Made with love: Chocolate Brownies

Chocolate Brownies:
250g butter
1tsp vanilla
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 1/3 cup cups plain flour
3/4 cup cocoa powder
1/4 tsp baking powder
Place the butter, vanilla, sugar, and brown sugar in to the bowl of an electric mixer and beat until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time and beat well.
Sift the flour, cocoa and baking powder into the butter mixture and fold through.
Pour the mixture into a 20cm square  lined cake tin, and bake foe 40-50mins or until set. Bake at 170o
Enjoy

  2. Oh they look very yummy. What does a cup equate to in grams? I have a set of American cups but not sure if they are the same as yours.
