Over the long Easter weekend we went to the Royal Easter Show, with just about everybody else in Sydney. It's where city meets the country. There is always so much to see and do. From all the animals being shown and on parade.
To siting in the main stadium watching horse ridding then the extreme sports of motor bike jumping and the stunt driving.
And there is always sideshow ally for a bit of fun.
Flowers, preserve, cake decorating, art and so much more crafts to see and enjoy.
As we sat in the beating sun to watch the axe men do their thing, wood chopping is a favourite of mine, then there was the fruit displays to see.
We came home hot and tired with sore feet and arms full of show bags I think we all had a great day.

Ah! What a great day out. I love going to our local show. I didn't realise that you had them in Australia, well never thought about it before. It looks much the same only way bigger!!!
