Last year when we were in Newtown we saw TheTin Pie, and from then on it was on our places to eat list.
We were not disappointed at all, the pastry was flaky and the filling was so very tasty. You can order a pie with 3 side from $11- $13 or just a pie from $5- $7 , we went for just the pie as to leave enough room for the desert pies.
Ok, so we had just enough room to share a sweet pie, well how could you not. With a mouth watering array to chose from we decided on a Lemon Pie with a Brûlée topping.
We were very happy with our chose.
Everything looks so delicious! Lemon Pie with a Brûlée topping....mmmmm...mmmmmm....

ReplyDeleteI love pies and these look amazing. We have a wonderful pub that just concentrates on pies. It is just as well they haven't started producing sweet pies too. I wouldn't be able to eat both!
