Post cards from Bali (3)

When we are out and about one of my favourite things to do is to observe what the average Balinese person gets up to during the day.

They are always so busy, and family is a very big part of there lives, everyone is taken care of and has a job from the very young to the very old.

  12. Yes, everyone has a role in Bali! I sat having a Gamelan lesson in Denpasar and a friend of my teacher was sitting sewing on thousands of sequins to some sandals, the like of which I paid 40,000Rp for and yet SO much work went into them! X
