Urban Graze

On Friday night my girlfriend and I headed off to Urban Graze a hands on cooking school in the  Sydney Hills District . We had booked in for a Mexican cooking class. We weren't disappointed, waiting for us upon arrival was a glass of wine, our recipes and all the ingredients laid out for us. We were broken up into groups and cooked a couple of the amazing dishes each.

Tarrah and Joel talked us through and offered help where it was needed.

A big spread of fillings, salsas, tortillas and lots more.
I'm planing on making the Fish Tostadas with Hot Sauce Chipotle Cream and the Caramelised Chili Onion with Chile Con Queso Quesadilla, very soon as they were so good. We had such a fun night I can't wait to try another class out.

  11. What fun... cooking with all the ingredients laid out and ready for you... My kind of kitchen! Mexican cuisine has become very common here in the USA. With the influence of immigrant farm workers here in the South and the readily available ingredients, we enjoy many, many Mexican culinary delights. Thanks for sharing your fun night... Smiles, Susan
