Today we celebrated Master M's birthday with our family. I made this Rainbow cake for him, well he said "mum could you make this for me" and I said "sure thing Buddy". It's a butter cake with cream cheese frosting between the 6 layers, then a butter cream icing with Macaroons around the out side I think it looks great and it tasted wonderful also.
