Orange Cake


This cake is so easy to make I hope you give it try.

1 whole Orange
11/2 cups caster sugar
3 eggs
11/4 cups of oil

* 2 cups SR flour

Mix it up in a blender until the orange has disintegrated. Into a bowl add 2 cups SR flour and poor in the wet ingredients. Mix with a wooden spoon, pop into a tin and bake in a moderate oven for 45mins or until cooked.

    This sounds lovely!!! I adore anything orange....I'm from the states and I 'm not sure what SR flour is?? Is it a cake flour? Or just regular flour?? Thanks so much! And Happy Day!
