Cheese Cake

Our family has been making this cheese cake for years, it always works and always tastes good.

To make the biscuit base you will need:
1 Pkt of Nice biscuits
about 75 gms of melted butter
Place the biscuits in a food processor  and blend till they resemble bread crumbs. Add the melted butter press the crumb mix into a lined 20cm spring form tin. Refrigerate.

Place in the bowl of an electric mixer:

1 Pkt of cream cheese
1 Tin of condensed milk
The juice and rind of 2 lemons

Beat the mixture till soft and creamy. Add to the tin of the chilled biscuits mix. Refrigerate over night.
Enjoy

    1. I've already made it twice, it's so good. This time I made an extra thick biscuit base as my son loves it that way, apart from that I've kept to your recipe.
