I'm 4 weeks into my second course of cake decorating I enjoy going each week. We have made Lilies, Magnolia, Daisies, Jasmine and Carnations. We are aiming to get enough flowers together to learn how to make a wired spray of flowers for the top of a cake.
Wow, wow, wow! Clearly you have a gift for it, you lucky girl. Some photos look like real flowers - amazing!

These flowers look so real, very lifelike ! Making flowers out of icing sugar is an art and I am fascinated by it.
