Scavenger hunt

I'm joining in with Kathy over at  Postcards from the P.P doing a scavenger hunt each month. These are the things we had to find this month.

    Great photos, but how and why is there an underwater postbox? Very odd indeed!

    I too am totally enthralled by the underwater postbox. Is it really regularly emptied?
